FarmStand to Fork Winter Dinner- January 28th, 2024

Join us for an intimate and memorable culinary experience at the DUG FarmStand!

The meal will be prepared by Chef Aaron Holt. Chef Aaron will personally curate the meal featuring seasonal and local products.  This is a great opportunity to enjoy food, and drink, with friends & family at our farm.

The festivities begin at 5:30 PM (CDT) with social time to relax and meet others.  Owners, Jenny & Eric will help serve the dinner and will be around to talk about the farm and mingle with attendees.

Dinner will be served around 6:30 PM inside the DUG FarmStand.

Dinner will be served inside the DUG farmstand. Seated is limited to 24 guests.

We will serve coffee and non-alcoholic drinks. You are welcome to bring your own boozy drinks.

Meet Chef Aaron Holt

Aaron Holt

Aaron was born and raised in Iowa. Growing up cooking with the best cook he knows, his mother, he was taught to use local and seasonal ingredients.

His love and passion for food has led him to his culinary career, including executive chef of RoCA where he earned the Iowa Restaurant Association’s 2018 Executive Chef of the Year award.

He is the owner of Doolittle Farm LLC, a 53-acre property located in Story City, Iowa that includes organic fruits, vegetables, edible flowers,and micro-greens.
