Learn how to combine the art of herb selection with the science of emulsion to create easy homemade dressings. With these dressing prep skills, you can add layers of flavor to crispy green salads, slather fresh bread for a sandwich, or serve as a zesty dip with crunchy fresh veggies.
Bring a 6-8 oz container so you can take home at least one batch of dressing.
