Jill Duncan has been studying yoga and guiding students for 22 years. Her practice has evolved from one of physical and emotional healing to one of selfless service and connection with Spirit, devotion and unconditional Love. Through the classical lineage of Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of Devotion), Jill has connected deeply with the innate sweetness and Joy that lives inside. Her gift is guiding people into their heart-center through music, singing, laughter and fluid movement. The Bhakti Yoga experience is a deep-rooted rush of loving energy that leaves a profound imprint on our entire Being and fires up our Love of Life! Her teaching is for everyone.... you will be loved and cherished unconditionally.
Jill is also a Coaching the Body Master Practitioner and Instructor, Thai Bodywork Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Wellness by Jill in St. Louis, MO. She is SUPER excited to be working at Dogwatch Urban Gardens this year as she also works towards starting her own urban farm in St. Louis! (wellnessbyjillstl.com)
Bridget Nicole Ryan founder of Des Moines Massage + Yoga Co. is a deeply empathetic and intuitive healer, writer and educator of over 10 years of experience and training. She holds advanced certifications in Thai Yoga Therapy and Instruction and has traveled near and far to work with masters and teachers and healers from multiple healing traditions.
Bridget holds a duel certification in Massage Therapy and a Registered Yoga Teacher Certification. She recently added Restorative Certification to her box of tools and is working towards her 300 hr. She has a background as an athlete swimming, dancing and has recently taken to climbing.
Jordi is a movement guide based out of Des Moines, IA. She began her practice with dance at the age of two and continued to evolve as a movement artist at Iowa State where she was introduced to mandatory yoga classes. She instantly fell in love with the idea of combining the two into a juicy, free flowing style of yoga. When you take one of Jordi's classes, be ready to leave all stagnant movement behind. Her use of juicy heart openers and continuous motion will keep you feeling supported yet free to develop on your own timeline.
