The DUG Kitchen is one of our new enterprises for the season! We added a raw kitchen space that allows us to create salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other items. The food we create features the produce grown at the farm as well as other items for the DUG FarmStand. The items created in the kitchen will feature seasonal, fresh, and raw ingredients (which have great health benefits).

Shop the Grab & Go section at the DUG FarmStand on Tuesday & Thursday from 10am-6pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9am-3pm.

The kitchen space also allows us to host our FarmStand to Fork Dinners at the farm! Some of Des Moines’ finest chefs are taking advantage of our new space to curate farm fusion meals served at the farm. Details on the events can be found by clicking here.
