  • Description: You've probably seen many colorful varieties of squash piled high at farmers market. While these vegetables are plentiful, pretty, and a symbol of fall, they can be hard to get into (literally).

    In this class, we'll learn squash cutting techniques and go over sweet, savory and pickled ways to use 3 different winter squash.
